- Managed a team of 9-14 software engineers, ranging from juniors to leads.

- Architected a domain-specific language ecosystem for Prime (a platform for petrophysical interpretation). Built an optimizing compiler (OCaml), a runtime system (C), and a dedicated IDE (Delphi). Led the product’s entire lifecycle and conducted internal training workshops.
- Modernized the software kernel of Prime (Delphi), leading the re-engineering of legacy subsystems.
- Implemented a variety of tools for petrophysical interpretation (in Delphi), including interactive visualization and scientific computing.
- Engineered internal infrastructure and build automation tools (Python).
- Pioneered a competitive internship program, establishing a pipeline for selecting top talent through local programming contests.
- Personally recruited over 10 software engineers, leveraging professional networks to scale the team.
